At Downtopis.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and protective materials.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Returns due to change of mind may not be accepted in some cases.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or engraved watches

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events (unless defective)

  • Used or damaged items not caused by delivery or manufacturing defects

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your original payment method.

  • Full refunds will be issued for defective or incorrect items.

  • Partial refunds may be applied if the returned item shows signs of wear or missing components.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt for reference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof at support@downtopis.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different color or model (if available). Please contact our support team to arrange an exchange.
